WebThis portion of the CN Edson Subdivision is ex-Canadian Northern. The Grand Trunk Pacific was on the other side of the lake, some of the right of way is now Highway 16. Just a mile or so west, the Edson Sub. rejoins the former GTP all the way to Jasper and west to Red Pass BC. It is a one lane road, and the location was super windy.
