WebJul 19, 2015 · Iron sights. Lots of folks knock the Mini 30 the same as the Mini 14. I like having a ranch rifle with iron sights and no frills and this fits the bill. I would like to add an adjustable gas block so I don't have to have 3 clear benches between me and the next guy on the right though. I'm thinking of adding a Mini 14 to the mix as well.WebYes, mini 14 iron sights can be used with a reflex sight, but the aiming point will be different. With a reflex sight, you will be aiming at the middle of the target, rather than the head/shoulders.
